Day Three

This weight management plan rocks! Its only day three and I feel a major difference in just my energy level. I really noticed it yesterday while I was sitting in class... I felt like I was about ready to burst at the seams if I had to sit there any longer.
I haven't really been able to follow exactly the food plan, but the food exchange I have been relying on the most. Its hard to plan on things when I know I will be in classes all day, then running to work, meetings, and coaching. For me I have noticed its just simply portion control and eating healthier food.
I read in an article about a month ago that your main focus should be on the vegetables in your meal, and then having smaller portions for meat and Carbs. Just keeping this in focus while starting this diet is helping me tremendously. The snacks through out the day also help keep my energy up and keep in focus my portion control.
Like I said before I am already enjoying the difference I am noticing in my energy levels and the scale. I have already dropped 4.5 pounds and it really wasn't that hard. Just a simple lifestyle change.
All you ladies rock! Keep up the great work and I can't wait to keep hearing about all of your progress!

  1. Love this Jess! I have also heard that in the past as well of more veggies!
    I never felt full in the past with just veggies but with the slimmetry and I totally feel full!
