Day 4

Well day four is hear and I am still loving the program. I am still sticking by the plan mostly through the food exchange. The only time I really get to enjoy the recipes is some evenings when I have time to cook. One of my favorite things to eat after dinner is the P.B. Dream. It is so AMAZING, way better than any type of desert I usually enjoy.
I am feeling a little pressure this week due to finals starting next week, so lots of projects and papers to get done. One thing that I started to notice today was the usage of my water. I was good with drinking water throughout the day, but now I use water a little different. Sometimes I will sit in class and get a little rumble, I will then drink some water and feel great. The water is filling me up and giving me energy through out the day. So far each day this week i have drank around 160 oz of water. It may seem like a lot, but the energy I get alone from the water is excellent.
I really haven't had as much time as I hoped to work out like I wanted, but I am doing around 45 mins of walking on campus each day, which is great for now. I am also utilizing my volleyball practice's when coaching. I will jump right in with the girls and do the conditioning drills with them, along with participating in as much drills with them as possible.
