well ladies, the birthday got me... yucky yucky pizza turned in to 2 pieces of pizza last night from Pizza hut for nick's birthday.... DANG :) however, i doubled up on my carb blocker and slimmetry as well as made sure I was eating really smart the rest of the day, so I hadn't had any carbs prior to that meal so I still feel semi-good about it, and i kept it to 2 pieces instead of my usual half a pizza. I am feeling super sore from my previous workouts as well so today i'm going to do my 4321 and since it's nice out, i'm going to be rollerblading to work which is about a mile uphill there and about a mile back and may possibly head to the University for a run tonight...we'll see! Glad everyone's doing awesome!
