Slow go...but I'm ready

So, day three huh?

To be honest, I haven't worked out at all yet. I have been taking the supplements and I have noticed a difference in my appetite, which is great. I'm really enjoying the slimmetry! It really helps to curb my appetite. I am desperately trying to stay away from the carbs. It's been quite hard thus far. I have found that I make a lot of carb filled meals for my family. I'm sure grateful for carb blocker. :) But, I also know I shouldn't use carb blocker as the excuse to continue filling my belly with noodles and bread. I have access to a workout room at my place of employment and have yet to take advantage of it. What a booger, I know. I have a full hour for lunch everyday, so I would like to start using 20 to 30 min of that time working out. I just need to bring clothes with me to work out in and I'm set to go. It really shouldn't be that difficult, so I think I will take some clothes tomorrow and commit to starting a workout routine next Monday. I will commit to working out twice a week in the workout room and then taking some time twice on the weekends to workout as well. There, you all read it. Now I have to do it. Dang. :) Another thing I need to commit to is drinking more water. I can't remember whose blog I read that said they started drinking a ton more water then they ever use to and that was inspiring. I have the opportunity to drink as much water as I would like. I guess it was the frequent bathroom breaks that have been holding me back. Oh well. I will commit to increasing my water consumption by one glass of water a day until I am drinking 8 glasses of water consistently everyday, all week long. Whoa! Whose pumped?!!

I really am starting to feel better then before. I am still taking my double x and rhodiola everyday along with my supplements. I'm looking forward to continuing my weight loss/life style change. I know it will be great for me and my family in the future.

Cheers!

  1. Tarin, Thanks for being honest:) I AM TOTALLY a Carb person too! The meal plans are actually really awesome and super filling! I find also too the more veggies I eat the more I like them:) Believe me when I say , I am normally not like that!

When it comes to working out, it is just that WORKING OUT:) Start somewhere and build up. Get strength and build on it. The 4321 is awesome cause it is starting small and working up and it only takes 10 mins! I glad your on our team and I am hearing your commitment:)
