A New Way, A New ME :)

  Tommorow is our big start day and let me tell you that I am PUMPED! I got my motivation for the start of this when I got my measurements and pictures together this afternoon. In absolute disgust with myself  that I have waited this long to do something like this, I am posting my pictures with much hesitation, but also as a promise to myself and not letting myself off the hook! I am also going to hang these in my room so I can see myself and what I want to change!

I am so excited to start this journey with you all and know that I am not alone! This is going to be such a great thing! I am excited and know that I will see a change in life: my weight, my self esteem, my body!

Up above at the upper part of the blog you will see links of a couple different things make sure you check those out, they are super helpful!

 I want this to be a place where we can all come for questions, encouragement and accountability.
